About WeirFoulds
After 160 years in business, WeirFoulds has evolved and grown. Now one of their specialities is planning and land development. In fact, WeirFoulds has one of the pre-eminent land use planning practices in Ontario, consistently ranked as one of the Top 10 development and municipal law firms in the GTA by Novae Res Urbis.
With the team of lawyers (including Denise Baker) and professional planners (including Paul Chronis), WeirFoulds supports clients through the planning process, from the concept, through to municipal approvals and agreements and, if necessary, hearings before applicable municipal bodies or courts.
It is this strategic mindset that construction companies such as PCM often require depending on the complexity of the project.
