On Dec. 14, 2023, life changed for listing agent Alfredo Di- Genova’s clients. That was when they found out they won the Princess Margaret Home Lottery.
Their modern residence prize, with its high ceilings and seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces, attracted at “ton of interest” when they listed it for sale, DiGenova says. “There were over 3,700 online views in a couple of weeks.”
To ensure only serious buyers viewed the property, all potential buyers had to be pre-qualified by their realtor, who also had to accompany their client to the showing, he says.
“The buyers loved the home from the moment they walked in,” DiGenova says. “They are fans of interior de- signer Brian Gluckstein. “A distinguished retired couple with kids and grandkids, the buyers will enjoy this home.” The 4,674-square-foot fully furnished turnkey home, completed in the of 2023, has a re-foot lower level.

Features of the home are many, including a private main-floor study and a din- ing room with a floor-to-ceil- ing window that overlooks the backyard. The kitchen has built-in appliances and the main-floor family room. has a walkout to a terrace.
Other highlights include a fireplace in the living room and an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom.

The lower level offers a complete entertainment area with a sunken media. room, a pool table, a wet bar, a fitness centre and a spa with a massage table, tub and waterfall feature, plus a combination shower/steam room for up to six people.
“The best exterior feature is the outdoor oasis, which offers a meticulously land- scaped 0.36-acre lot with a manicured yard, a 30-foot saltwater pool and a covered loggia for your outdoor en- tertaining experience,” Di- Genova says.
He likes the quiet court location offering “all kinds of privacy, large trees and greenery. It’s also a five- minute walk to trails and Lake Ontario.”
DiGenova says the sale. set a record for a non-water- front property in Oakville’s Bronte East community.

“The family that won and successfully sold this home will have forever changed their life in such a great way and now this masterpiece will be home to purchasers. that simply love every part of it. It’s a win-win for every-one.”
